Mavi joined IRIS Research in 2019. She has demonstrated her versatility as a multi-method researcher across her consulting repertoire in the government and commercial space. Besides research, she is also sought after as a corporate trainer in Creative and Critical Thinking and Strategic Branding.
She holds the conviction that research designs are best inspired by transformative outcomes. She has worked across all levels of government in Australia, consulted in Asia Pacific, focused on policy development in addressing gambling problems, public transport, environmental sustainability, road safety, tourism, land development and healthcare. In the commercial sector, she worked on new product development, concept testing, communications strategy, brand health and customer experience.
To stay updated with her research skills, she is a full member of The Australian Market & Social Research Society (AMSRS), a Qualified Practicing Researcher (QPR) and a regular reviewer for the Journal of Business Research. She holds a PhD in Services Marketing, focused on service transparencies and employee engagement.
