Iris Research maintains a comprehensive benchmark database of Community Satisfaction scores for participating Councils. The benchmark system holds data for those Councils for whom IRIS conducts Community Satisfaction Surveys, allowing them to compare their performance across a broad range of categories against a pool of comparable Councils, as well as against the best and worst performing Councils in the state. This data is provided free of charge to those Councils as part of our ongoing commitment to providing our clients with the very best information available to assist them in their strategic planning and decision making process.
